Angie Stephens

William Angie Stephens, age 77 of Oneida, TN, formerly of Paris, TX, departed this world on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at home with his family. Angie was born on December 6, 1946, and served 4 years in the Air Force.

He was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Laura Dawn; parents, Aubrey and Helen Stephens; sister, Martha Stephens Waggoner and husband J.W.; brother, Danny Stephens and wife Joyce, all of Texas; in-laws, Rev. Bill Blevins and wife Lorene; brothers-in-law, Joe Blevins and Junior Terry, all of Oneida, TN.

Angie is survived by his wife of 28 years, Donna Blevins Stephens; in-laws, Kathy Terry and Bob Blevins and wife Pam of Oneida, TN; sons, Jason Stephens and wife Ginger of Winder, GA, Kelly Marcum and Barry Braden of Oneida, TN; daughters, Tracy Stephens Day and husband Chauncey of Carlsbad, New Mexico, Kerri Marcum Harness and Jodi Marcum Lowe and husband Johnny, all of Oneida; special nephew, Justin Terry of Oneida, TN; grandkids, Kyra, Skyler, Jordan, Dalton, Slater, Kolton, Nash, Shelby, and Kadie; great grandkids, Ransom, Rowan, Ivy, Willa, and Ezra; many other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the Stephens family on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 from 1 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Keith Marcum officiating. Music will be provided by Kathy Terry.

Committal service will follow in the Marcum Kidd Cemetery in Oneida with full Military Honors conducted by the American Legion Post #136 of Oneida. Pallbearers will be: Justin Terry, Perry Terry, Barry Braden, Dalton Stephens, Jay Slay, and Chauncey Day.
