Arvel C. “Redman” Blevins, age 53 of Jamestown, TN departed this life on Saturday, July 2, 2022, at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. He was born in Scott County, TN on January 18, 1969, to the late Sheila Kay Jeffers.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandfather, Willard Christopher Blevins; grandmother, Bertha Watson; sister, Darlene Lawson; uncle, RD Blevins; mother-in-law, Wanda Jaworski; sister-in-law, Ginger Evans; cousins, Edward Blevins and Wayne Lowe; special friend, Bodey Underwood.

He is survived by his wife, Rose Jaworski Blevins; children, Chase Blevins of Huntsville, Brittany Massengale of Huntsville, Dakota and Kelsey Blevins of Flint, MI, BJ Maxwell of LaFollette, Ashlee Rose Ford of Jamestown, Jackie Leigh Ford of LaFollette, Jerrod and Adrianna Jaworkski of LaFollette; grandchildren, Zaiden, Adi, Amaria, Aubrey, Daxton, Tymber, Archer, Wyatt Boyatt, Taisleigh, Clayton, and McKinlee; siblings, Michael Jeffers, Jeffrey and Nicole Jeffers, Jamie and Renee Jeffers, and Brandon Jeffers, all of Jamestown, Patsy Phillips, Paula Griffith, Theresa Silcox, Wendell Silcox, Michael Silcox, Bruce Silcox, Larry Silcox, Chris Silcox, Makayla West, Hope Grooms, Stacey Newport, and Jonathan Silcox; special uncles, Herman Blevins and Johnny and Aunt Sharon; special friends, Jeremy Whited, Tyler Byrge, Shawn Choate, and Jeff Norris; many other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the Blevins family on Thursday, July 7, 2022 from 4 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 5 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Carlie Duncan and Bro. Dudley Harness officiating. Music will be provided by the family.

Committal service will follow in the Katie Blevins Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
