Barbara J. Cloyd

Barbara J. Epperson Cloyd, age 71 of Robbins, TN went to be with our Lord on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at the Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida, TN. Born in Robbins, TN on November 3, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Willard and Pearl Epperson. She was a loving and caring person to so many. She loved her husband and enjoyed being by his side for 52 years. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, helping others, shopping, and being an RN for many years and more. She graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana when she became an RN.

In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Lon Cloyd, Sr.; sisters, Linda (Jeff) and Helen; brothers, Willard “Jr” and Ronnie; an infant sister; infant granddaughter, Ashley; and several other relatives.

She is survived by her sons, Lonnie and Jason (Trish); daughter Angela (Michael); grandchildren, Amber, Desirae, Kayla, Hali, Gavin, Jase, Cloe, and Jayla; 8 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Barbara’s request was to be cremated and placed together with her husband in their urn.
