Betty Sue Spradlin age 74 of Winfield, Tennessee, widow of Jessee Willard Spradlin, passed from this life on Friday, October 22, 2021 at the Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida, Tennessee.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home. Burial to follow in the Silerville Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday after 1:00 pm until service time.

Pine Knot Funeral Home is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
