Bobby Joe Strunk Obituary

Bobby Joe Strunk, age 67, passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2020. Born August 25, 1953, he was the son of the late Eugene and Dessie Walker Strunk. Bobby Joe was saved two months ago.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Betty Dunn; the mother of his children: Wanda Strunk; his infant daughter: Crystal Strunk; grandson: Brock Strunk, son of Bobby Strunk, Jr.; granddaughter: Elektra Jackson, daughter of Shawn Jackson; and nephew Andy, son of Kathy Vanover.

He is survived by his son: Bobby Anthony Strunk and wife Erica; Brianna Shyanne and fiancé Dwight Bowling, Ashlee Kay and fiancé Daniel Nelson, Jason Scott and wife Serona Lynn, Bobby Joe, Jr. and wife Michelle; and Shawn Wayne; grandchildren: Sabin and Tavin Strunk of Ashland, OR, Rugar and Hazlee Bowling of Robbins, Remington and Barrett Christian of Nashville; Brayden Daugherty of Oneida, and Belvonna Ray of Knoxville, Rainer Scott and Jason Jr. of Muncie, IN, Abby Taylor of Muncie, IN, Preston Jackson and Tyler Nichols of Muncie, IN, Raylon Jackson of Muncie, IN; brother: Danny Strunk of Winfield, sisters: Beverly Ann Cross and husband Mel of Winfield, Kathy Vanover of Whitley City, KY, Patty Byrd and husband Willie of Winfield, Sherry Troxel and husband Paul of Oneida, Donna Jeffers and husband Rick of Huntsville, and Karen Greene and husband Jr.. of Oneida; special friends: Junior King of Whitley City, KY, Danny Chitwood of Winfield, Denny Daugherty and wife Kathy of Winfield; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends.

Graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Perkins Cemetery in Winfield, TN with his long time friend Robert Blankenship officiating.
