Bonnie (Posey) Langley

Bonnie Langley, age 79 of Monroe, GA passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2024.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Andy and Dora (Sexton) Posey.  Bonnie retired from Hope Clinic and was a member of the Lighthouse World Outreach Center.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Denver Posey, James Posey, Jerry Posey, Garry Posey, Phelan Posey; sisters, Martha Lay, Juanita Fowler. 

Bonnie is survived by her loving husband, Roy Langley of Monroe; children, Wanda (Dennis) Mitchell of Monroe, Paula McNally of Monroe, Lynn (Chad) Ward of Monroe, Brian (LaDonna) Langley of Decatur; brother and sister-in-law, Jeff (Jean) Posey; sisters and brother-in-law, Ronnel (Barry) Goss, Shirley Stephens, Linett Brumbalow; grandchildren, Tyler & Brittany, Tiffany & Taylor, Chad, Blake & Lexi, Levi, Cat & CJ, Nathan, Brian & Sarah, Blair & Kalin, Tasha & Michael, Dalton, Savannah; great-grandchildren, Sawyer, Sheppard, Jessica, Ryder, Maverick and Aubrey; and many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday, October 4, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 209 South Hammond Drive, Monroe, GA 30655. 770-267-2594. 

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at 11:00 AM in the Monroe Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with Pastor Hugo Bryan-Porter officiating. 

Interment will follow at Bold Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, 5018 Bold Springs Road, Monroe, GA 30656.
