Curtis Lonzo Phillips

Curtis Lonzo Phillips age 75, of Huntsville, TN, passed away on Friday, November 24, 2023, at the Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida, TN.  Born October 6, 1948, Curtis was the son of the late Odus and Vera Jean Jeffers.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sons: Michael S. Phillips, and Christopher B. Phillips.

Curtis is survived by his wife: Carol Smith Phillips; daughter: Kim Harness and husband Jackie; son: Jeffery Phillips and wife Hattie; his mother; Jean Sandifer; special grandchildren: Jayce Phillips and Oaklynn Phillips and many other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other family and friends.

Friends may visit with the Phillips family on Friday, December 1, 2023, from 1 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Jones & Son Funeral Home.

Committal service will follow in the Hazel Valley Memorial Cemetery in Oneida. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
