David Lee Duncan

David Lee Duncan, age 76 of Scott County, TN passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at the Parkwest Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Onvie and Imogene Duncan; one brother, Jimmy Wayne Duncan; two sisters, Glennis Acres and Barbara Harness.

David is survived by his wife of 52 years, Dianne Day Duncan; two daughters, Stacie Duncan of Huntsville and Candace and husband Travis Morgan of Cohutta, GA; one son, Josh Duncan of Chattanooga, TN; one granddaughter, Linnea and husband Stacy Hall; one grandson, Jace and wife Ryana Ledford; two great grandsons, Weston and Samuel Hall; brothers and sisters, Dilson (Blanch) Duncan, Billy (Nadine) Duncan, Danny (Debbie) Duncan, Jackie (Connie) Duncan, Kay (Ted) Bowling, Patty (Johnny) Ballard; sisters-in-law, Etta Hembree and Nancy (Willis) Sexton; brother-in-law, David Acres; several nieces and nephews, many other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 2 p.m. in the Mill Branch Cemetery in Huntsville with Bro. Jeff Watson, Bro. George Lloyd, and Bro. Zach Duncan officiating. Music will be provided by singers from the Mill Branch Church. Pallbearers will be: Travis Morgan, James Painter, Stacy Hall, Ronnie Lloyd, Brian Duncan, and Tony Bowling. Honorary pallbearers will be: Keith Day, Gary Byrd, and Johnny Ballard.
