Debbie Lee Foster

Debbie Lee Foster, age 58, of Greeneville, Tennessee passed away surrounded by her friends and family on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at the Lakebridge, A Waters Community, in Johnson City, Tennessee. She was born and raised in Oneida, Tennessee, a daughter of the late Roy “Moe” Foster and Virgie Martin-Foster. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Donnie Foster; and her unborn child.

Debbie served the world as a nurse the majority of her life and was a dedicated nurse at Lakebridge of Johnson City, prior to her last month there as a resident.

She is survived by four loving sons, Dustin Foster, of Ft. Worth, TX, Cody Harness and wife Crea Brady-Harness, of Oneida, TN, Jordan “Blake” Harness, of Greeneville, TN, and Preston Harness, of Asheville, NC; eight grandchildren, Coven, Kamdyn, Bristol, Elijah, Uriah, Micah, Aiyana, and Quena; and one grandchild on the way.

The family will receive friends Friday, October 4, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Monte Vista Funeral Home. A Nurse Guard Ceremony will take place at 7:00 PM to Honor Debbie who was a nurse that dedicated her life to the Nursing Profession. A Private Interment will be held in Markcum-Kidd Cemetery in Oneida, TN.

The family would like to extend their thanks to the staff and residents at Lakebridge in Johnson City for their care and love that surrounded Debbie every single day until her passing.
