Delmus Jerry (Buck) Phillips, age 77 of Oneida, TN passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at the Oneida Nursing and Rehab Center. Born in Oneida, TN on September 28, 1943, he was the son of the late Eugene and Charity Phillips.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Sue Coffey Phillips; grandparents, Jerry and Rosie Ellis; James H. and Elsa Phillips; aunt, Winnie and D.L. Sexton; uncles, Hubert and Rena Phillips and Crawford Phillips.

He is survived by his son, Jerry Wade Phillips; sisters, Elsa Cleofa and Junior Hopper, Beverly Lynn and Bruce Duncan; brother, James Loyd and Alice Phillips; aunts, Jennie Lou Stanley and Gereda Phillips; several nieces and nephews, other family members and friends.

The family chose cremation with a graveside service to be held at a later date.
