Elizabeth Claxton

Elizabeth Ashley Claxton, age 36 of Lexington, KY passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2024, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY. She was born in Cleveland, TN on December 31, 1987.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Delbert and Juanita P. Claxton; sister, Kasey Marie Claxton; aunt, Charlotte Claxton; uncles, Billy Joe Claxton and Bobby Claxton and more dearly departed loved ones.

Elizabeth is survived by her parents, Jeff and Janet Claxton; son, Zachariah Williams; siblings, Marissa Nelson, Deseraey and Colton Spradlin, Tanessa Overton, Wyatt Yancey and Mikkah Yancey; aunts, Thelma (Junie) Claxton and Jaretta Claxton; cousins, Rodger and Fluty Phillips and Dean Phillips; many other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the Claxton family on Saturday, October 12, 2024 from 1 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 3 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Williams and Bro. Jamie Duvall officiating.

Committal service will follow in the Luther Phillips Cemetery in Helenwood. Pallbearers will be: Wyatt Yancey, Mikkah Yancey, Colton Spradlin, Dean Phillips, Bobby McGill, and Jeffrey Claxton.
