Faye Patterson

Faye Loraine Patterson, age 63 of Nashville, TN, formerly of Oneida, TN, passed away on Monday, June 20, 2022, at the TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Born in Oneida, TN on April 13, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Rose Ella Abbott Patterson. 

Faye was a member of Pine Hill United Baptist Church. She was a loving mother who cherished being with her family. She loved children, and she spent most of her time helping to raise her nieces and nephews. She was loved by everyone who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Mary Patterson, Flossie King, and Elizabeth Paulette Ellis and one brother, Thomas Patterson, Sr.

She is survived by one daughter, Sonya Patterson and fiancé Lamont; three brothers, James Patterson, William Patterson, and Joseph Patterson and wife Jean; brother-in-law, Clifton Ellis; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the Patterson family on Saturday, June 25, 2022 from 12 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. at Pine Hill United Baptist Church with Bro. Norman Burke and Bro. Delyn Phillips officiating.

Committal service will follow in the Pine Hill Cemetery in Oneida. Pallbearers will be: James Patterson, William Patterson, Jeremy King, Lee King, Timmy Marcum, and Dennis Collette.
