Frances (Crabtree) Walden

Frances Crabtree Walden, age 76 of Oneida, TN, passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at her home with her loving family by her side.  Born December 25, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Joel and Rebecca (Becky) Watson Crabtree.

In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband:  R. T. Walden; son:  Chucky Dan Walden; granddaughter:  Amy Walden; brother:  Curtis Crabtree; sister:  Audrey Blevins; nieces:  Tammy Butler and Carissa Crabtree; nephews:  Jimmy Crabtree, Tommy Crabtree, and Sherman Winchester; and sister-in-law:  Kathy Crabtree

Frances is survived by her sons:  Michael Walden, and Ricky Walden and wife Sherrie; grandchildren:  Ricky Dale Walden and wife Tonya, Dalton Walden and wife Cherith, Whitney Chambers and husband Mike, Christopher Walden, Seth Lloyd, and added grandchildren:  Bentley Burchfield and Theo Perry; great grandchildren:  Jonathan and Joandra Silva; brothers:  Ezra Crabtree and Clyde Crabtree; sisters:  Jewell Terry and husband Harlin, Oma Chambers, and Lela Goad; long-time friend whom she loved as a sister:  Carolyn Slaven; and many other nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

Friends may visit with the Walden family on Friday, November 10, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Crestin Burke and Bro. Tim Smith officiating.  Music will be provided by Kenny and Imogene Phillips.

Committal service will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at the Cooper Memorial Gardens, at 11:00 a.m.  Pallbearers will be family and friends.
