Garrain Scott Cross Obituary

Garrain Scott Cross, age 56, of McCreary County, Kentucky, passed away on Monday morning, May 2, 2022, at Baptist Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky after a long battle with various health problems. Born October 7, 1965, he was the son of the late Scotty Vernon Cross and Erchelle Whitehead Cross Little.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Alfred Kenneth Cross and Mary Duncan Cross and Grover and Lou Whitehead; uncle, Ovia Lee Cross; and aunt, Karen Cross Trammell.

He is survived by his brother, Vernon Duane Cross; niece, Brooke Michelle Cross, (Cory Graham); great niece, Avah Elizabeth Graham; great nephew, Jace Elijah Graham; aunt, Alfredia Cross Duncan (Robert A. Duncan) of Oneida, TN; two uncles, Colonel Danny Cross (retired USMC) of Pensacola, Florida and Jerry Cross of Panama City, Florida; a very special uncle, Bobby Joe Trammell of Winfield, TN; many beloved cousins and much loved friends.

Graveside service will be on Monday, May 9, 2022 at 11 a.m. in the Cross Cemetery in Winfield.
