Hazel Harness Obituary

Hazel Crowley Harness, age 90 went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 1, 2022. Born in Scott County, TN on February 22, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Willard and Helen Crowley.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Harness; daughter-in-law, Barbara Harness; brothers, Ledgel, Walter, Lory, Arnold, and Harold Crowley; sisters, Opal Wilson, Pearl Conatser, Alene Long, Macel Strunk, and Betty Strunk.

Hazel is survived by her five children, Larry, Terry (wife Rebecca), Phillip (wife Alene), Kathy (husband Larry), and Paul (wife Suzanne); seven grandchildren, Michael, Robyn, Lora, Robert, Anna, Angelica, and Latasha; seven great grandchildren, Jenny, Ashley, Joshua, Kaleb, Samantha, Carter, and Cameron; one great, great grandchild, little Mike; sister, Nadine Adkins, sister-in-law, Ina Crowley; several nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the Harness family on Thursday, May 5, 2022 from 11 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 12 p.m. in the chapel of Jones & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Phillip Harness officiating.

Committal service will follow in the Crowley Cemetery in the Winona community.
