Infant Luka Adkins Obituary

Infant Luka Thomas Adkins entered and departed this life to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 6th, 2020 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. He is the son of Andrew and Emily Adkins.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by grandparents April and Harvey Adkins and Dawn Foster and Ronnie Lloyd; Aunts, Jennifer and husband Michael, and Abby; Uncles, Tyler, Christian, and Dilan and many other loving relatives and friends.

A private graveside service and burial will be held on Wednesday June 10, 2020 at Daniel Memorial Cemetery in Helenwood, TN with Bro. Dilbert Terry officiating.
