James Clayton "Chuck" Majors

James Clayton "Chuck" Majors, age 62, was received by Christon Friday, April 25, 2025. He was a driver for many years for various freight companies. 

Preceded in death by mother, Marjorie Davidson and father, Joe Majors.

Survived by wife of 20 years, Sandy Majors; daughter, Jamie Farrer (Chad); step-sons, Adam Blevins (Tonya) and Mark Blevins (Melanie); grandchildren, Dylun, Devun, David Delanna Cooksey, Brandon, Kaleb, Noah and Cameron Blevins, Haylie and Mason Blevins; 5 Great-great grandchildren; special nephew, James Ezell; special friend, Kevin Hankins; sisters-in-law, June Young, Kathy Baliles (Harvey). Dee Dee Frogge (Willis); brothers-in-law, Michael Carroll (Elizabeth) and Randy Sexton (Shirley).

The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Wednesday, April 30, 2025, with the funeral service to follow at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel, 4131 E. Emory Road, Knoxville, TN 37938. Rev. Michael Hoyle Carroll will officiate. Family and friends will meet at Black Creek Cross Roads Cemetery in Robbins, TN 37852 for the graveside service at 12 pm, Thursday, May 1, 2025.
