James Dariel Strunk

James Dariel Strunk, age 75 of the Annadale Community, passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at the Big South Fork Medical Center.  Born May 20, 1945 in Oneida, TN, he was the son of the late Burley and Geneva Byrd Strunk.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his step-mother:  Barbara Strunk; brother:  Harold Strunk and wife Betty; sister-in-law:  Rochelle Strunk.

James is survived by his brothers:  Dean Strunk and wife Tina, Earl Strunk and wife Bobbie, and Floyd Strunk; sisters:  Kay Marcum and husband Jupe, Pat Mason and husband Dwayne, Pam Patton and husband Greg, and Rachel Simpson and husband Phillip; special friend: Randy Chambers and Mary; several nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.  The family would like to express a special thank you to the Oneida Nursing Home.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 4, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. in the Strunk Cemetery in the Winona Community of Huntsville, TN.  Pallbearers will be:  Colby Strunk, Bobby Strunk, Brandon Simpson, Corey Strunk, Craig Patton and Kevin Strunk.

With the Health Guidelines in place at this time, we ask that you be mindful of the social distancing measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control.  Masks are required.
