Jerri L. Daugherty

Jerri Lynn Daugherty, age 71 of Oneida Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at the Oneida Nursing & Rehab Center.

Born on August 20, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Omar and Melba Boshears Burress.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ranny Daugherty; daughter, Emily Daugherty and sister, Donna Kay Cotton.

Jerri is survived by her sons, Shane Daugherty and wife Christina of Natchez, Mississippi, Matthew Daugherty and wife Rachel of Georgetown, KY, Adam Daugherty and wife Cindy of Oneida, Tennessee; daughters, Amy Daugherty and Ashley Daugherty of Oneida, Tennessee; grandchildren, Clint Henderson, Ranny Owens, Colten and Carter Daugherty, Caleb and Emily Daugherty; great grandchildren, AJ, Emarie and Kaleb; brothers, Jack Burress and Retha of Helenwood, Tennessee, Ralph Burress and Maggie of Belleview, Michigan; brother in law, OB Cotton. She also leaves several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the Daugherty family on Friday, May 6, 2022 from 12 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Jones & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Dave Barnhouse officiating.

Committal service will follow at the Daniel Memorial Cemetery in Helenwood.
