Jo Ann Pryor Hutson

Jo Ann Hutson, age 55, of Oneida, TN, passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at her home.  Born March 29, 1969, she was the daughter of the late Ace Pryor and Glinnis Byrge Hughett.  She was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant brother:  Anthony Allen Pryor; father-in-law:  Perry Hutson, Sr.; and mother-in-law:  Macel Smith.  

Jo Ann is survived by her husband of 31 years:  Perry ‘Perky’ Hutson, Jr.; daughters:  Cindy Jeffers and Rod Crabtree, Nicky Yancey and Brandon, Leeann Smith and Wesley, Brianne Hutson, Danielle Newport and Darren, and Brittany Hill; grandkids:  Chloe, Jamie, Andy, Logan, Kaylee, Maddison, Riley, Delaney, D., Ramsey, Levi, Heidy, Olivia, Lucas, Brandi, Kenslee, Jace, Weston, Cameron and Bryson; sisters:  Betty and Mike Stephens, Carolyn and Bill Watters, Tammy and Randy Kennedy, and Sherry and Tim Hicks; brothers:  Charles Pryor, Larry and Michelle Byrge, and Rodney and Sondra Pryor; many step-brothers and step-sisters; several nieces, nephews, and other family members and many, many friends.

Friends may visit with the Hutson family on Saturday, May 18, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Jones & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Ricky Sharp officiating.  Music will be provided by:  Ricky, Regina and Hannah Sharp.

Committal service will follow in the Scott Memorial Gardens.  Pallbearers will be:  Rod, Brandon, Wesley, Darren, Larry, and Rodney.  Honorary Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
