Johnny Michael Jeffers, age 76 of Oneida, TN passed away on Friday, October 16, 2020 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. Born in Oneida, TN on August 10, 1944, he was the son of the late John Marion Foster and Floretta Jeffers Foster Lynch Huft. He was a member of the Annadell United Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Graceline (Terry) Jeffers; daughter: Kimberly Grace (Jeffers) Stanley and her husband David Dwight Stanley; son: Michael Shane Jeffers and wife Christie (Watson) Jeffers; grandchildren: Chelsea Elisabeth (Stanley) Hayes and husband Dusty Lane Hayes, Gracelyn Nicole (Stanley) Chambers and husband Zachery Dwight Chambers, Bethany Ann Stanley, Jaqulin Dakota Jeffers, and Sara Jordan Jeffers; great grandchildren: Emma Grace Hayes, Zaelyn Aubrey Chambers, Aiden Chambers, Baylor Lane Hayes; brother-in-law: Dorsey Terry and wife Wanda (Daugherty) Terry; brothers: Robert (Bobby) Lee Jeffers and wife Shirley (West) Jeffers, Danny Gene Huft; sister: Deloris (Lois) Jeffers Brenner Baughman; aunt: Roberta Jackson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and church family.
Friends may visit with the Jeffers family on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 from 6 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 8 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Dwight Stanley and Bro. Pete Babb officiating. Music will be provided by Jamie and Toni Byrd.
Committal service will be on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 10 a.m. in the family cemetery.
