Judy Carol (Neal) Perkins

Judy Carol Neal Perkins, age 76 of Oneida, TN, passed away on Friday December 6, 2024, at North Knoxville Medical Center in Powell, TN.  Judy was born on November 8, 1948, in Oneida, TN, to the late Paul “Bud” Edward and Wanda Ruth Braden Neal.

She was a member of Black Oak Baptist Church and was a faithful servant of the Lord.  Judy lived a selfless life full of joy and love for her children and grandchildren. She was retired from her business “The Framing Gallery”, which she owned and operated for several decades.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jerry Olson Perkins; brother-in-law:  Ronald Free; daughter-in-law:  Connie Duncan; and lifelong friend:  Janet Choate.

Judy is survived by daughter:  Rhonda West and husband Chad; son:  Kevin Perkins; six grandchildren: Christin Douglas and husband Logan, Chelsey Whited and husband Robbie, Madi West, Raylin West, Lily Burke and husband Jonah, and Shane Perkins; three great grandchildren: Emilee Douglas, Mason Douglas, and Ella Douglas; sisters:  Janet Free, and Paula Tilley and husband Tim; nieces and nephews: Cynthia Martin and husband Derek, Paul Blake Free and wife Debbie, John Terry and wife Brooke, Monica Terry, and Stacy Norwood and husband Chris; several other family members and friends.

Friends may visit with family on Wednesday December 11, 2024, from 12:00 pm until time of funeral service at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Jones and Son Funeral Home with Bro. Ed King officiating.  Music will be provided by:  Lily and Jonah Burke, her Grandkids, and the Neal Family.

A private burial will follow with immediate friends and family at The Garden in Oneida, TN.
