Junior Wright

Junior Wright, age 94 of Oneida, TN passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021 at his home with loving family by his side. Born in Scott County, TN on January 5, 1927, he was the son of the late Vesta and William Wright. He was a member of the Pentecost Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ivory Ree and infant daughter, Emily Gail Wright; brothers, Walter and Cletus Wright; sisters, Nila Vaught, Charity Blevins and infant Reba Wright.

Junior is survived by daughters, Sharon and husband Linford (Crow) Sexton, Lora and husband Tommy Litton; sons, Gary Wright, Jerry and wife Mickie Wright; grandchildren, Jordan Litton, Darren Wright, Kristen and husband Dewayne Stephens, Casey Terry who helped take such loving care of him; great grandchildren, Joshua and Mason Terry, Jolie, CJ and Baylie Stephens who he adored; several nieces and nephews including Reba Koger who he was especially close to; many other relatives and friends.

A private graveside service will be held at the Cross Cemetery in Winfield with Bro. Guy Ainsworth officiating.
