Kevin Anderson

Kevin Ross Anderson, age 50 of Robbins, TN, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at the North Knoxville Medical Center with his two daughters by his side.

Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Archie Pemberton; grandparents, Flonnie and Alfred Anderson; and infant niece, Harper Pemberton.

Kevin is survived by his daughters, Shay Anderson, Sasha Douglas and husband Josh; granddaughters, Macy, Madison and Maylee Douglas, who all meant the world to him; mother, Virginia Pemberton; brothers, Keith Anderson and wife Angie, Archie Pemberton and wife Sheila, Jason Pemberton and wife Sarah, Terrance Pemberton; sister, Tiffany Sexton and husband Shawn; special person in his life and mamaw to his grandchildren, Jenny Duncan and her son Logan Harness; mother of his children, Durenda Byrd; special relatives, Phillip Bowling and wife Andrea, Missy Combs and husband Clarence, Elizabeth Lloyd; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the Anderson family on Monday, January 11, 2021 from 5 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 7 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Dudley Harness officiating. Music will be provided by the Mason Family Singers.

Committal service will be on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 11 a.m. in the Smokey Creek Cemetery in the Smokey Creek Community.  Pallbearers will be: Keith Anderson, Archie Pemberton, Jason Pemberton, Terrance Pemberton, Josh Douglas, and Phillip Bowling. Honorary pallbearers will be: Nathan Sexton, Logan Harness, Harold Clark, Mack Byrd, Maximus Pemberton, and Seth Strunk.

With the Health Guidelines in place at this time, we ask that you be mindful of the social distancing measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control.  Masks are required.
