Leland Webb

Leland Ray Webb, age 58 of Rocky Top, TN passed away on Monday, April 14, 2025, at his home. Born in Scott County, TN on September 8, 1966, he was the son of the late Carlos and Sallie Rose Webb.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Jackie Doyle and Carlos Stanley Webb; one sister, Marcella Rose Duncan; one son, Dustin Ray Webb; three nieces, Jennifer Rose Lewallen, Jeanette Webb, and Saraya Webb; one nephew, Skylar Mark Webb.

Leland is survived by his children, Melissa Phipps of Jacksboro, TN, Leland Shawn Webb of Caryville, TN, Matthew Thomas and wife Nikkeeta Webb of Corbin, KY, Monica Gaye and Ashley Brook Webb of Oneida, TN, and Destany Larae and fiancé Matthew Lawson of Oneida, TN; nine grandchildren, Megan Marie Rampley, Kaitlyn Denise, and Hannah Lashae Phipps, all of Chatsworth, GA, Zoey and Devin Phillips of Oneida, TN, Gage and Dillian Webb of Dalton, GA, Nakeeah Webb of Robbins, TN, and Alexius Slaven of Williamsburg, KY; three great-grandchildren, Maddie, Evelyn, and Kayden Rampley, all of Chatsworth, GA; two nephews, Jackie and Doug Webb of Robbins; special friends, Buck Gunter and wife Denita and Anthony and Melanie Duncan. He also leaves many other family members and friends.

A graveside service will be on Friday, April 25, 2025 at 5 p.m. at the Black Creek Crossroads Cemetery in Robbins with Bro. Charles Golden officiating. Pallbearers will be: Matthew Webb, Lakoda Hamblin, Matthew Lawson, Dakota Webb, Anthony Duncan, and Jerry Phillips.
