Marie Crowley Obituary

Marie Crowley, age 80 of Robbins, TN, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2020 at the ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Corbin in Corbin, KY. Born in Scott County, TN on November 4, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Hugh L. and Ernie Gibson Smithers. She was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husbands, Homer Crowley and Earl Perry; brothers, Eather Smithers and James Loy; and grandson, Michael Pactwa.

Marie is survived by her daughters, Sue Logan of Robbins, TN, Marilyn Stockus of Robbins, TN and Judy Sanchez and husband Rey of Cookeville, TN; sisters and brothers, Arvil Smithers and wife Margaret of San Antonio, TX, Chester Smithers and wife Susan of Hammond, IN, Estel Smithers and wife Eloise of Monterey, IN, Bernice Newport and husband Joel of Robbins, TN and Phyllis Jeffers and husband Homer of Robbins, TN; grandchildren, Melissa Bertram and husband Travis, Nick Spoljoric and wife Lisa, Jennifer Stockus, David Stockus, Dalton Swallows, Daniel Sanchez and Selena Sanchez; special grandchild, Tim “Bumper” Miller; 7 great grandchildren; many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be held at the Daniel Memorial Cemetery.
