Marshall Crabtree

Marshall Sexton Crabtree, age 72 of Oneida, TN passed away on Friday, June 27, 2025, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. Born in Harriman, TN on November 13, 1952, he was the son of the late Fred and Sophie Crabtree. Marshall was a born-again Christian. He enjoyed sitting on the porch talking with his friends and driving around with his little dog Emily.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Marsha Lynn and infant sister, Maria Lynnia Faye.

He is survived by his wife, Rama of Oneida, TN; son, Benji (Andrea); daughters, Sabrina (Brian) of Oneida, Angie of Oneida, Misty and Johnnie Smoky Creek of Huntsville, TN; grandchildren, Wesly, Corbin, Bryson, Landon, Byron, Payton, Jarrod; mother of his children, Linda Crabtree; special friends, Randy Hacker and Daniel Phillips; many other relatives and friends.

At the family’s request, there will be a private family service and burial on Monday, June 30, 2025, at Scott Memorial Gardens with Bro. Alan Coffey officiating and obituary read by Dwight Stanley. Pallbearers will be: Roger Russell, Randy Hacker, Daniel Phillips, Landon Crowley, Brian Chambers, and Dwight Stanley. Honorary pallbearer will be: Byron Crabtree.
