Mary Kathy Yancey

Mary Kathy Yancey, age 74, of Huntsville, TN, passed away on Friday, December 8, 2023, at the Huntsville Post Acute and Rehab Center in Huntsville.  Born May 12, 1949, in Campbell County, TN, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Althea Buttram Yancey.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by to infant brothers, the father of her children:  O. B. Jeffers; and sister:  Carolyn Yancey.

Kathy is survived by her children:  Wade Yancey and wife Holly of the Paint Rock Community, and Chasey Yancey and wife Savannah of Huntsville, TN, step-son: Toby Jeffers of the Annadale Community; grandchildren:  Steven, Jenna, Olivia, Nickolas, and Luke Yancey; brother:  Sammy Yancey and wife Janet; as well as many nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. in the Peaceful Rose Garden Cemetery.
