Melgeline Faye King, age 78 of Berlin Heights, Ohio, formerly of Robbins, TN, passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2020 at Stein Hospice in Sandusky, Ohio. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio on March 14, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Mary Ella Martin Flowers. She was a devoted mother who enjoyed spending time with her family; she valued her children above everything else. She liked playing board games, especially Yahtzee. She was a member of Black Creek Cross Roads Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter D. King Sr. and brothers, Randy Flowers and Donald Flowers.
Melgeline is survived by her sons, Walt (Kim) King of Ohio and Steve (Katie) King of Robbins; grandchildren, Lisa, Jacob, Nathan, Joshua, Danny and Megan; great grandchildren, Lindsey, Tyler, Jase, Jaxson, Bradlee, Roman, Hunter, Gracie, Asher, Hayes, Braegan and Paisley; brother, Richard (Glenna) Flowers; and many other relatives and friends.
Graveside service will be on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. at the Black Creek Cross Roads Cemetery in Robbins, TN with Bro. Carl Wayne Martin officiating. Pallbearers will be: Nathan, Danny, Jacob, Joshua, Steve and Walt.
