Milford Wayne Wilson Obituary

Milford Wayne Wilson, age 68 of Oneida, TN departed this life on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. He was born in Louisville, KY on November 2, 1951. He was of the Church of God faith.

He was preceded in death by his son, Erick Wilson; mother, Ollie Miller Wilson; grandparents, Rev. Walter Wilson and wife Gertie Day Wilson and Dave and Nancy Jane Miller; uncle, Paul Thomas; nephew, Dean Miller; cousins, Tina Bratt, Ray Wilson, Danny Wilson and Louie Wilson; and several other aunts and uncles.

Milford is survived by his father, Harold Wilson and wife Mae of Helenwood; sisters, Cora Miller of Oneida, Dee Dee Sharp and husband Jackson of Huntsville and Wilma Thomas of Ringling, OK; children, Sharon and Bradley Ross of Oneida, TN, Tony and Susie Thomas of OK and Pat and Alvin of OK; uncle and aunt, Gene and Elizabeth Wilson of Radcliff, KY; special nieces, Myah Sharp and Megan Miller; cousin, Becky Wilson; other family members include, Danny Collins and wife Karen, David Wilson, Rusty Miller and wife Tandy and sons: Christian, T.J., Royce and Ashur, Jason Miller and wife Stacy, Michael Wilson and wife Mary Ruth; special friends, Anthony Honeycutt and wife Liz and Pete and Penny Lawson, with many other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the Wilson family on Monday, February 17, 2020 from 12 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Jones & Son Funeral Home with Bro. David Brewster officiating. Music will be provided by Alan and Diane Carson.

Committal service will follow in the Marcum Cemetery in Helenwood. Honorary pallbearers will be: Anthony Honeycutt and Pete Lawson.
