Mrs. Loretta Sexton

Mrs. Loretta King Sexton, age 56 of Oneida, TN departed this life on Saturday, December 14, 2024. Born on April 29, 1968, in Winfield, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late William “Don” King and Delois Stephens King.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her father and mother-in-law, Lloyd “Bud” and Star “Fayrene” Sexton.

Loretta is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Jimmy Sexton; son, Coby Sexton and wife Tara; daughters, Carrie Sexton and husband Roger, Brittney Sexton and Will; five grandchildren, Bentley, Hunter, and Rowdy Roe, Jaylee and Raylynn Sexton; sisters, Rova Adkins and husband Tim, Glenna Watson and husband Rocky, Marsha Phillips and Marvin, Melissa Sexton and husband Joe; brothers, Dave Stephens and wife Della, Billy King, Denny King, Scotty King, Terry King, Tony King, Shawn King and Jessica, Donnie King and wife Amanda; sister-in-law, Maudy Sexton and Bradley; brothers-in-law, James “Poodle” Sexton and wife Beth, Robbie Sexton and Katrina; many other aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and special family and friends from Tennier Industries where she was an employee for 21 years.

Friends may visit with the Sexton family on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home. 

Funeral service will be on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Kevin Reynolds officiating.

Committal service will follow in the Carson Memorial Park in Oneida.

Pallbearers will be: Shawn King, Tony King, Scotty King, Terry King, Shawn Kitterman, Eric Adkins, Robbie Sexton, and Bradley Morgan.
