Norva Jean Young

Norva Jean Young, age 78, of Oneida, TN, passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2024, at the Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida.  Born June 26, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Arvalee and Lassie Jeffers.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: Sharon Kay Dexter, a special friend whom she loved as a sister; her siblings: Nadine Bybee, Wanda Walker, Wilma Allen, Thelma Harness, Eddie Jeffers, Paul Jeffers, and Odis Jeffers.

Norva is survived by her sisters: Kay (Scott) McCann; brothers: Buddy (Barb) Jeffers and Arthur Jeffers; extended family: Kevin, Tina, Paul, Ryan, and Parker Bilbrey.

A Graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. in the Smith-Forbis Cemetery in Oneida, TN, with Bro. Scott McCann is officiating.
