Patricia Kidd

Patricia Lee Sauls Kidd, age 68, of West Oneida passed away suddenly on Friday, December 1, 2023, at the Big South Fork Medical Center. Patricia was born in Scott County, TN on October 26, 1955, to the late Eva Sauls and William Evans. She was a beloved wife, mother, and nanny. Patricia was a member of the Leatherwood Baptist Church, where she enjoyed singing in the choir. Patricia loved her family with her entire being but took additional joy from her two grandchildren who became the center of her universe.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her father and mother-in-law, Aunton and Hester Miller Kidd. Three brothers-in-law: Kelly Kidd, Billy Perkins, and Earl “Buddy” Yates. Three sisters-in-law, Judy Kidd, Diane Robbins, Joyce Munoz. Two nephews, Tracey Perkins and Billy Earl Perkins.

Patricia is survived by her husband of 45 years, Bradley Kidd. One daughter, April Pendergrass and husband Travis. One son, Bradley Kidd Jr; two grandchildren, who were the light of her life, Easton Pendergrass and Harper Pendergrass; sister, Brenda Perkins, sisters-in-law, Georgia Yates, Martha Kidd, and Pearl Kidd; brothers-in-law Coy Kidd and Doyal Kidd, several nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the Kidd family on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, from 12 pm (noon) until the time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Jones & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Kevin Reynold and Bro. Crestin Burke officiating.  Music will be provided by Jacob Burke.

Committal service will follow in the Miller Cemetery in the Leatherwood community. Pallbearers will be: Drew Robbins, Caleb Munoz-Williams, Ashley Kidd, Aaron Kidd, Paul Doyle Kidd, Collin Kidd, other family members and friends.
