Pauline Foster

Pauline Foster, age 88 of Oneida, TN, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 27, 2025. She was born on February 23, 1937. She was a member of Foster Crossroads Baptist Church.

Pauline loved singing gospel music, sometimes at 6:00 a.m. Until recently, she kept the people at the nursing home entertained. She also never forgot a birthday. We will miss her.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Howard and Minnie Foster; sisters, Geraldine and B.D. Boyatt, Lena Ryan, Dean and Clifton Barger; brother, Harold Foster; brother-in-law, Bill Claiborne; and sister-in-law, Mary Jane Foster.

Pauline is survived by her brothers, Clyde Foster and Jerry Foster; sisters, Dessie and Dean Sexton, Barbara and Larry Leffingwell, and Jean Claiborne; a special nephew, Jody Ryan, who cared for Pauline; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the Foster family on Saturday, March 29, 2025 from 1 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Boyatt officiating. Music will be provided by Krystal, Jalin, and Keira Young.

Committal service will follow in the Foster Crossroads Cemetery in Oneida. Pallbearers will be: Richard Sexton, Lucas Claxton, Russell Boyatt, Troy Claiborne, Evan Foster, and Eli Boyatt.
