Ricky Foster Obituary

Ricky Joe Foster, age 60 of Oneida, TN passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023, at his home with family. Born in Scott County, TN on July 25, 1962, he was the son of Shirley Foster and the late William Foster. He was a member of the Faith of God Nondenominational Church.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Elmer Smith and John Foster; grandmothers, Lottie Smith and Mannie Foster; brother, Johnny Foster; sister, Mary Wilson; and brother-in-law, Bill Ramsey.

Ricky is survived by his mother, Shirley Foster; son, Ian Foster; daughter, Jessica Foster; brother, Frank Foster and wife Kim; sisters, Alice Ramsey and Sue Ann Foster; many other family members and friends.

A graveside service will be on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 1 p.m. in the Foster Family Cemetery in the Tunnel Hill community. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Everyone will meet at the cemetery.
