Ronda Lynn Watson Obituary

Ronda Lynn Webb Watson, age 58 of Oneida, TN, entered into eternal life on February 26, 2024.  She was born in Michigan on February 25, 1966, to the late Buford Webb, Sr. and Helen Sue Silcox Webb.  Ronda loved God with all her heart, and was raised in Emanuel Baptist Church in Pioneer, TN.

She was preceded in death by her parents:  Buford Webb, Sr. and Helen Sue Silcox Webb; and daughter:  Tiffany Louann Stanley.

Ronda is survived by her husband:  Marshall Wayne Watson; daughter:  Tera Maddox; step-daughters:  Amanda Watson, and Angel Watson; step-son:  Richard Watson; grandchild:  Pacelyn Maitland; step-grandchildren:  Maliyah Watson, Richard Watson, Jr., Michael Sexton, Jamey Sexton, Shelby Sexton and Becca Sexton; siblings:  Rodney Silcox (Jeanette), Buford Webb, Jr. (Lucille), Jack Webb (Pamela), Shonda Lewallen, James Webb (Valerie); special friends:  Grover and Amanda Nelson (RaeAnn and Gabriel), and Heather Stephens; several nieces, nephews, and many other family members and friends.

Friends may visit with the Watson family on Saturday, March 2, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Jones & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Carlie Duncan officiating.  Music will be provided by Mark Muse and wife.

Committal service will follow in the Silcox Cemetery in Pioneer, TN.  Pallbearers will be:  Richard Watson, Joseph Stephens, Grover Nelson, Christopher Walden, Mickey Watson, Scottie Bowen, James Webb, and Burt Newport.  Honorary Pallbearers will be:  Mike Chambers, Jordan Webb, and Teddy Latham.

In Lieu-of-flowers, donations may be made to the Ronda Watson Memorial Fund, c/o Jones & Son Funeral Home, 20059 Alberta St., Oneida, TN  37841.
