Scottie Edward Lowe

Scottie Edward Lowe, age 50, entered his Heavenly Home on Thursday, May 1, 2025. He was born on June 24, 1974, in Georgia, to Daniel and Pauline Lowe. He was devoted family man and a passionate outdoorsman. His passion was evident in the countless stories and cherished time spent with family and friends.

He has been reunited in heaven with his father: Daniel Lowe; and brother-in-law: Joseph “Joey” Pergram.

Scottie is survived by his loving wife of 29 years: Katrina Lowe; his princess: Grace Lowe; mother: Pauline Lowe; 2 brothers: Gaylon Lowe and wife Melissa, and Shawn Lowe (Crystal); in laws: Espy and Wanda Pergram, Tom Jeffers (Melissa); brother-in-law: Robert Pergram (Aleasha); sisters-in-law: Barbie Pergram, Emma, Madison, Annie and Joyce Pergram, Alisha Selvidge and husband Travis; special nephews: Trent Vanover and Cody Lowe; special niece: Chelsie Lowe; several nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit the Lowe family on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Dudley Harness and Bro. Carlie Duncan officiating. Music will be provided by the Mason family and Antioch Trio.

Committal service will follow in the Lowe cemetery in the Smokey Junction community. The pallbearers will be: Trent Vanover, Cody Lowe, Chelsie Lowe, Billy Duncan, David Lowe and Wayne Lowe.
