Stanley Allen (Red) Brewster

Stanley Allen (Red) Brewster, age 68 of Oneida, TN passed away on Friday, January 8, 2021 at the Turkey Creek Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. Born in the Glenmary community on May 2, 1952, he was the son of the late James and Hazel Brewster.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his aunt, Mary Estes.

Stanley is survived by his ex-wife, Gearldine Brewster; kids, Misty Brewster and Doug McClure, Lisa Sexton and husband Paul Ellis, Donna Brewster, James Brewster; grandkids, Curtis Tucci, Tyler Wise, Savanah Wise and husband Kyle Hullander, Logan Sexton, Dylan McClure, Alura McClure, Jonathon Brewster, Jacob Brewster, Jordan Brewster, Miranda Keeler, Kaydence Brewster, Jaylon Brewster, Jayla Brewster, Halley Crump, Andrew Crump; great grandkids, Scarlett Brewster, Emersynn, Ella Wise; brothers, David Brewster and wife Ann Brewster, Terry Brewster and wife Cathy Brewster; sisters, Linda Stanley and husband Archie Stanley, Carol Churchfield and husband Don Churchfield; nephews, Mike Stanley and wife Della Stanley, Jackie Stanley, Davy Brewster and wife Laura Brewster, Johnny Blair and wife Keisha Blair, Joey Hodge and wife Brea Hodge; nieces, Jamie Brewster and husband Sean Terry, Tammy Brewster; and many other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit with the Brewster family on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 from 6 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 8 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. David Brewster officiating. Music will be provided by the East Robbins Missionary Baptist Church Choir.

Committal service will be on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at 12 noon in the Black Creek Crossroads Cemetery in Robbins. Pallbearers will be: Skylar Webb, Mike Stanley, Jackie Stanley, Paul Ellis, Jonathon Brewster, James Brewster, Richard Griffith and Derrick Ellis.

With the Health Guidelines in place at this time, we ask that you be mindful of the social distancing measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control. Masks are required.
