Willie Ruben Isabel

Willie Ruben Isabel, age 85, of Pioneer, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, April 7, 2025, at the Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida.

He was preceded in death by his parents Isaac “Ike” Isabel and Alice Shepherd Isabel; siblings Oscar Isabel, Leonard Isabel, Elizabeth Sexton, and Hazel Isabel; and loving wife Wilma Isabel of Robbins.

He was survived by all of his children, sons Bailey Fred Isabel, Jerry Isabel, Isiac Isabel and, girlfriend Amber; daughters Linda Gregory and husband Jesse; Velma Day and husband William; nieces Rita Boyd, Eva Pennington, and Angela Kay Gonzalez; grandchildren Ashley Jones and husband Eric; James Scott Isabel and wife Leah; Brittany Isabel, Shealey Isabel and husband Caleb Hendrickson; Zachary Isabel, Shyanna Robbins and, husband Lane; Tosha Carver and fiancé Justin Strunk; Isaiah Day and fiancée Brittany and Desiree Day; great- grandchildren September Isabel, Brantley and Nevaeh Jones; Nataline Smith; Brooklyn, Patience, and Elijah “EJ” Everett; Amiteal and Gabriel Strunk; lifelong friend Ronnie York of Robbins, Tennessee, as well as many other loving relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday, April 11, from 3 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 5 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Moe Crabtree officiating.

Burial will follow in the Love Chapel Cemetery in Robbins.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
